At Renew Therapeutic Massage we take pride in being expert, anatomically knowledgeable massage therapists. We both are highly-skilled in several different massage disciplines including: myofascial release, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, sports massage, active and passive stretching, and swedish massage. We blend these modalities into a custom massage depending on what you and your body needs on that particular day.
