Renew Therapeutic Massage is a business dedicated to improving your quality of life. This may simply mean releasing soft-tissue tension caused by everyday stress, posture, or overuse. Or it may mean treating complex pain and range-of-motion issues associated with injuries (both recent and old), and syndromes, such as carpal tunnel, frozen shoulder, or thoracic outlet. We do this by combining an extensive understanding of the human anatomy with our own unique blend of massage modalities including sports massage, deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, swedish, and assisted stretching techniques. Each massage is customized to fit your unique body and address your specific needs.
